Yes. We install products you supply — we don't sell or source parts. Have your TV, fixture, fan, or device purchased and on-hand before your appointment.
A $49 booking / trip fee secures your appointment and is credited toward your final invoice. It is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
Most installs are completed in 60–90 minutes. More complex jobs like gallery walls or furniture assembly may take longer. We'll give you an estimated window at booking.
We require photos during intake to quote accurately. If the real job differs significantly from what was submitted, we may pause, re-quote, or reschedule at no fault to you.
No. We replace fixtures and outlets at existing boxes only. We do not run new wiring, install new circuits, diagnose electrical problems, or perform structural modifications.
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Late reschedules or same-day cancellations may result in the $49 booking fee being forfeited. Contact us as early as possible.
